For all $99 deal appointments where a $350 deposit is not made to hold your appointment time:
We require 7 days notice for cancellations.
If less than 7 days is given your purchase is subject to forfeiture.
With more than 7 days notice we allow one reschedule per voucher.
One of the factors which strongly influences our ability to provide appointments to the many amazing clients that buy these vouchers (that’s you!) is the ability to offer your cancelled appointment to another client that is waiting to book. If you give less than 7 days cancellation notice or you’ve already rescheduled once & you need to cancel a second time, you are welcome to use the value of your voucher towards a full price shoot (shoot time only, not available to use towards product) in the future.
For all packages where a $350 deposit is paid to hold your appointment time:
A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment time.
The remainder of your package balance is due 7 days prior to your shoot.
If balance is not received at this time your appointment will be cancelled.
If you cancel with 7+ days notice you are able to rebook for up to 6 months.
